Free Custom Application Offer – Terms and Conditions

By accepting this offer from J²AM-IT BPM Consultants ("JAMIT"), you agree to the following terms:

• The "Free App" offer includes up to 80 hours (two standard work weeks) of development time, provided by JAMIT at no cost to the recipient.
• Development will be performed by experienced software professionals and focused on building a small, functional application tailored to your business or use case.
• The platform used to build the application will be chosen solely at JAMIT’s discretion, based on technical fit, speed, scalability, and licensing availability. You are not entitled to request a specific technology stack, platform, or vendor.
• The scope of the app will be jointly discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to development. Scope is subject to JAMIT’s reasonable approval and technical feasibility.
• The recipient is responsible for timely communication and review cycles during the two-week development window. Delays caused by the recipient may impact delivery and will not result in an extension of the free offer period.
• This offer does not include long-term support, hosting, third-party licensing, or features beyond the agreed scope. JAMIT may offer additional services under separate paid arrangements.
• JAMIT retains the right to showcase non-confidential aspects of the resulting application in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• This offer is limited to one free app per legal entity or individual and is subject to availability and JAMIT’s sole discretion.
• This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. For residents of Washington, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, this agreement complies with applicable consumer protection and fair trade laws.
• This agreement does not guarantee a specific outcome or functionality. It does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
